Making its debut in 2005, the Grandview has brought new life to the former estate home of William Watt, inventor of the corrugated cardboard citrus packing box. Built in 1906, today the classic Southern home features four bedrooms, a cottage, swimming pool, and elegant guest areas. Once the centerpiece of a citrus grove, the home near the village retains many of the charming features of the early 1900s, such as the windmill that once provided power and fresh water for the home.
